A combination product that can be used to degrease, derust, and phosphate in a single step. Permanent rust conversion on iron, steel, and other metals. Leaves a blue to gray iron phosphate layer on steel and iron workpieces, providing an excellent adhesion base for subsequent coatings. Temporary corrosion protection suitable for medium-term storage. Our rust remover has also proven effective as a surface activator for aluminum.

To remove light flash rust, a single spray or dip treatment is sufficient. For more severe corrosion, the process should be repeated frequently. Either wipe cleaned parts with a cloth or rinse with clean water.

Application:

Apply the rust converter evenly with a brush or other tool (e.g., spray bottle). Please observe the safety precautions when handling corrosive substances (hand and face protection, etc., see EC Safety Data Sheet).
